PLEASE NOTE: Beach Shack is one of nine beachfront houses in a small residential cove. As a result we do not accept any more than six people (adults and/or children) as guests. Adjacent houses have similar limits … they tell us if our guests exceed the limit & we tell them so that guests at each house are not inconvenienced. Limits are for your holiday experience. Beach Shack has a waste treatment plant with a six-person limit. |
• Bookings: To confirm, 25% of total booking plus $100 service fee. Payment of half of total is required two months (60 days) before arrival date. Balance (25%) on arrival. • Cancellations: If 30 days’ notice is not given, 25% of the total booking may be retained. |
